Altpro Foods SRL — Origin, processing and certification of food
Fidus Global Traders SAS — contractual and administrative hub
Tivest LLC — collections and commercial relationship with international buyers
Why This Structure?
We have a physical presence in Latin America and direct contact with producers, products, and processes, without depending on third parties to validate what we sell.
Billing and collection are handled in USD through Tivest LLC, our US entity.
The operation is structured from Uruguay, a stable, predictable and internationally recognized jurisdiction, which reduces the legal risk for both parties.
